Good to know….

these are our tips for ordering Maxie B’s to be shipped:

  • If you have any specific questions about our shipping service, please feel free to email us at info@maxieb.com. We are happy to help and we love spreading the joy of cake ( and pupcakes, plus pies and quiches! ) to our customers both near and far!

  • Orders on the East Coast will usually be sent UPS Ground. Any orders headed West of the Mississippi River will be expedited by our team to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air!

  • Though we are not able to write on or decorate our cakes that are shipped, we would be happy to include a special note inside of the box for the recipient.

  • Please order 5-7 days in advance of your needed arrival so that we have ample time for packaging and freezing your items to travel safely.

  • Our cakes, pies, and quiches will hold in your freezer just fine. We encourage you to order a few days in advance of when you plan to serve them which eliminates any worry over delivery times with shipping!

  • Cupcakes are not an item we are able to ship. We have tried ... but they have not held up well in our test runs.

We cannot be responsible for UPS delays … thank you for understanding!

For peace of mind, we’ve added the option to “Ship Early” on our order form!

Our cakes, pies and quiches are fine to arrive earlier than you plan to serve them. Simply store in your freezer until the day before serving, then thaw and enjoy!

Did you know that our cakes are thoughtfully packaged with eco-friendly shipping supplies?

It’s a piece of cake!

The ice packs are yours to keep and re-use for years! And all other items are recyclable or backyard compostable!

How to dispose of Green Cell Foam Panels

Tear the film and remove the Green Cell Foam panels. Recycle the film with your other plastic bags. Place the Green Cell Foam panels in any compost pile or yard waste container or simply dissolve them in a sink or bucket of water. They are safe for your pipes and septic system.
