All pound cakes feature NC cake flour from Sanford Milling Company, local free-range eggs from Ward's Farms in McLeansville, and pure vanilla from Cook's Flavoring Company. We purchase from many local farms as well as from ingredient producers who are sourcing sustainably and responsibly for our health, the health of our planet and all who inhabit it.
Blueberry Pound Cake

Freshly-made blueberry compote gets swirled into our pound cake batter and baked, then it is slathered with glaze and will be topped with fresh compote just before it goes home with you!
