All pound cakes feature NC cake flour from Sanford Milling Company, local free-range eggs from Ward's Farms in McLeansville, and pure vanilla from Cook's Flavoring Company. We purchase from many local farms as well as from ingredient producers who are sourcing sustainably and responsibly for our health, the health of our planet and all who inhabit it.
